We are all human; we are all individuals; we each have a voice and a responsibility to ensure that voice is heard.
We may not always say the things people want to hear but that should stop us from voicing our thoughts.
Stand out from the pack; be your own person, show you ARE an individual in thought, word and deed.
And if others try to cut you down to their level (the tall poppy) recognise it and accept it as the price you have to pay for being YOU.
