ADMINISTRATIUM

Scientists working at the Brussels-based Centre for Research into Adding Problems And Limited Liability (better known by its acronym CRAP-ALL) have created a new element. They have called it "Administratium" and it is composed as follows:

  • It has 1 nucleus
  • The nucleus has 3 assistant nuclei
  • Each assistant nucleus has 11 deputy nuclei
  • Each deputy nucleus has  8 assistant deputy nuclei

  • The atomic weight of this element is therefore 265
  • It is held together by a weak force called "morons"

Scientists working on the programme say it will be used in the development of another element to be called "Pissonus" and will be widely used throughout Europe with great effect. A scientist working for CRAP-ALL stated that both the new elements will give added value to the already top-heavy, over-paid and under-worked senior officials, adding that the research centre had met its objective in Adding Problems for European citizens.

Until next time (and meeting my liabilities),

  3. Hi Anonymous in NZ. Well, I do like to change the type of material so that no-one gets bored with the same old stuff. And it's good to inject some humour occasionally. P.S.
