WHERE.....AND WHEN

I am a “friend of the Earth” and proud that my carbon footprint is incredibly small. I am an environmentalist who believes we need to stop raping this planet. I detest violence in all forms as this, to me, is the last resort of the incompetent, especially those who presume themselves to be “authority”. A gun is not an argument. I also dislike needless destruction, stupidity and laziness, but applaud those who rise above the norm of mediocrity to make something of themselves and their life, often for the benefit of others – the “unsung heroes”.

I have been searching for a “vehicle” to get across my sincere views and I believe I have found it.

The link is:

This Marlene Dietrich version of an often-recorded anti-war song (written by Pete Seeger) is for me THE most poignant of all and the timbre of her voice brings deeper meaning to the words and the graphics are impressive.

So I ask….

When will we ever learn, when will we ever learn?

If we cannot or will not, it will be Chris Rea and “This is the Road to Hell”!

Until next time (and with more learning),

  2. So right, P.S. You have to see South Island in New Zealand - it will set your heart on fire - and you will NEVER want to go anywhere else! Good stuff...

  3. Anonymous in N.Z. You have hit a spot! This is one area I have never had the chance to visit but from what I read, it's truly magnificent. Am I correct in saying "Lord of the Rings" was filmed down there? P.S.
